Paypal India – Bye Bye

This may sound shocking to many of SEOs, Freelancers, Exporters and Offshore services providers in India who use paypal as there primary source for payment processing.

Paypal in february stopped personal payments in india and now announced that they are going to stop electronic withdrawl to bank stopped.

step to graveyard.

The another option for india paypal users are to use “REQUEST A CHEQUE”.  According to my friends and other indian paypal users the Cheque Withdrawl is terrible like hell. Some says it takes 30-40 days and some says it even doesn’t reaches at all. People call paypal office ( which is still un reachable) which takes multiple tries and once you are connected they deduct 15$ or something to stop the cheque payment. Here you lose your money.

I would personally suggest paypal if they wants to keep there indian users happy they make their cheque delivery within 7 days and clearance within 2-3 days .this will help to retain the customers unless the electronic withdrawl to bank is restored.

We know we all love paypal and hardly anyone else can take place but still if we have no choice we have to look further ( though my second favorite is moneybookers or xoom but they are either not so popular (moneybookers in India) or charges heavy ( like xoom) .

Well but this is good opportunity for xoom to get into action but still see. what works.

Guys one more thing to be noticed
“Please be reminded that any payments received into your PayPal account from the export of goods and services cannot be re-used for making purchases or any other payments. ”

Hehehe Horrible!.
